Stacy Depp, RN, HCS-D, COS-C

Associate Director of Coding & OASIS Review

Stacy Depp is a Registered Nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS), as a Coding and OASIS Specialist in September 2020, and was promoted to the Associate Director of Coding and OASIS Review, in January 2023. Stacy is part of the Coding and OASIS review team providing support and solutions to home health and hospice agencies across the country to achieve Coding and OASIS accuracy and compliance.

Stacy’s comprehensive background in healthcare started 30 years ago when she began providing care to patients on the Medical/Surgical and ICU units after receiving her nursing degree from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania. She then shifted the focus of her nursing career to the realm of Home Health where she provided compassionate care for patients and their families. She has worked in various capacities within the home health industry, beginning as a field nurse, advancing to clinical management, and administrative leadership overseeing day to day operations.

Stacy currently assists home health and hospice agencies with ICD-10 coding that includes completing the coding and providing education to ensure compliance with the ICD-10 coding guidelines. She performs Home Health OASIS reviews for quality of care and compliance with federal regulations, and to optimize outcomes including Value Based Purchasing and Quality of Patient Care Star Ratings. She provides education for Home Health Agencies on the requirements for Coding, OASIS, and PDGM. Stacy’s extensive Coding and OASIS background, along with her diverse clinical experience motivates her to consistently provide an outstanding level of service for home health and hospice providers across the country.
