About the Event

In this webinar, we will drill down on the Hospice Quality Reporting Program (QRP) requirements and explain the impact they have on your agency. HQRP consists of two reporting requirements that use data to calculate performance on quality measures: the Hospice Item Set (HIS) and the Hospice Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey.
