OASIS-D1 Training Series (5-Part)

This OASIS series is for new and seasoned OASIS clinicians alike! OASIS is a complex data assessment set for Home Health which is updated quarterly through CMS OASIS Q&A’s. Having a thorough understanding of the OASIS guidance and conventions as well as the intent for each OASIS item is foundational to the accurate completion of OASIS. We take it one step further by incorporating information on how to accurately carry out the patient assessment to obtain the most accurate scores.

Home Health Guide to OASIS-D1: A Reference for Field Staff

Authored by CEO, Melinda A. Gaboury, this brand-new pocket guide provides a quick reference for filling out the OASIS, with tips and callouts on new items, including which items affect PDGM case mix, rating, and value-based purchasing reimbursement.
