Amanda Jeppson

Director of Business Development

Amanda Jeppson is the Director of Business Development at HPS and has been with the company since 2025.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and an MBA, bringing together a strong foundation in science and business strategy. Amanda began her career in research and diagnostic laboratories, gaining hands-on experience with clinical operations and patient-centered workflows. Her close collaboration with CROs and clinical teams led her into business development, where she found her passion for building effective, meaningful partnerships. She takes a practical, solutions-focused approach that helps healthcare organizations grow while staying closely aligned with clinical care realities.

At HPS, Amanda leads both the sales and marketing departments. She oversees the full sales process from outreach to client success and directs the development and execution of marketing strategies. She also manages the HPS Alliance, ensuring members receive timely, accurate education and updates in home health and hospice care.
