Today, Healthcare Provider Solutions is requesting your participation in two important endeavors that are tailored to support your home health agency now and in the future.

The first request is for your participation in the Medicare Advantage Survey conducted by the National Association for Home Care and Hospice. This survey will only be open for the next five days, so it’s crucial to have someone from your organization complete it this week.

Completing this survey will require less than 15 minutes of your time. It consists of questions regarding the impact of Medicare Advantage on your home care operations. You won’t need to delve into extensive financial data, and anyone with detailed knowledge of your revenue cycle can easily respond.

The information gathered from your response, along with responses from other organizations nationwide, will be utilized to conduct a detailed analysis. This analysis aims to showcase how Medicare Advantage is adversely affecting home health operations and patient care on a national scale.

Secondly, your presence is requested in Washington DC on April 16 and 17 for NAHC Spring Advocacy Day. During Advocacy Day, we’ll meet with congressional representatives to advocate for home care. Together, we’ll urge them to support our cause and assist us in combating CMS’s ongoing rate cuts. Home care plays a crucial role in the lives of patients nationwide. It’s imperative that we remain steadfast in our advocacy efforts to prevent further rate cuts, which directly affect patient care.

If you’re unable to join us in person in Washington, DC, please consider participating in the NAHC Virtual Advocacy Day

HPS extends our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering commitment to caring for patients nationwide, despite the challenges posed by payment rates. We recognize and appreciate the sacrifices you make. We also want to thank you for participating in the requests shared today. Should you need any further information regarding either of the requests we’ve discussed, please feel free to reach out to us.
