Hospice Eligibility & Skillful Documentation

Hospice agencies across the nation continue to face increased scrutiny from medical review contractors, making strong, accurate documentation supporting hospice eligibility requirements more critical than ever. This comprehensive webinar is designed to help hospice agencies strengthen their understanding of eligibility criteria, improve documentation practices and reduce any financial risk during audits. In addition, participants will have a clear understanding of LCDs and how to align documentation to support these guidelines that medical review contractors often use. By the end of the session, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently navigate hospice medical review as well as improving your documentation to avoid potential claim denials during a medical review audit.
