About the Speaker(s)
Tammy Stewart is a Registered Nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) as a Clinical Consultant in August 2021. She is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality and holds a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification. As a part of the HPS clinical consulting team, Tammy provides support and solutions to home health and hospice agencies across the country to achieve regulatory compliance.
Tammy’s commitment to service and compassionate nursing care started 30 years ago when she began providing care to patients as a home health nurse after receiving her degree from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked in various capacities within the home health, hospice, and hospital industries and has participated in multiple accreditation surveys for The Joint Commission. Her experience includes successfully starting a Hospice QAPI program and serving as a Hospice Quality Manager. She has worked at the bedside as hospice nurse providing care to patients in their home and in General Inpatient (GIP) settings.

About the Event

This webinar will help provide practical guidance on how to collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to support survey readiness and performance improvement. The session will also focus on prioritizing improvement activities based on data trends that help to develop a comprehensive QAPI plan and program, resulting in quality improvement and regulatory success.
