Beulah Scott joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) as the Clinical Consultant in September of 2020. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including 15 years specific to home care, Beulah brings firsthand knowledge of startup of a home care agency, management of day-to-day operations, accreditation processes and leadership. Beulah believes that it is important to remain flexible to change and in keeping abreast with regulatory updates, changes, and trends to grow and move forward.

Beulah is part of the clinical consulting team providing support and solutions to home health agencies across the country to achieve regulatory compliance.
