Hospice Compliance – one of the greatest challenges facing hospice providers! Constant movement in the hospice landscape, including updated hospice survey protocols. This workshop strengthens the foundation for all hospice clinical and administrative staff, including hospice billers. For more effective understanding of the Medicare regulations, this workshop will take you into that deep dive. Topics that will be addressed include: Survey Readiness, the Hospice Quality Reporting Program, and two sessions dedicated to the HOPE implementation, effective October 2025. This is full day of hospice compliance that will keep your team fully prepared to face any and all challenges in Hospice Compliance.

Reimbursement issues do not start or stop with your billing department. Hospice Eligibility requirements, while seemingly routine, remain one of the leading reasons for denial under medical review. This all-day session will take you through the documentation required for the patient to be hospice eligible, will compare Conditions of Participation to Conditions of Payment, will review billing requirements and provides some deep insight into details surrounding Medical Review and filing Appeals. This workshop will lay a concrete foundation for hospice billers, and any hospice staff that need to more effectively understand the Medicare documentation and billing requirements. The Hospice 2026 Proposed Rule will be reviewed, including any rate changes, etc. that may be contained in the rule. Be among the most highly trained hospice professionals on all things Hospice.
