Home Health Compliance – one of the greatest challenges facing home health providers!  Constant movement in the home health regulatory landscape, including updated guidance to surveyors regarding protocols. Additionally, the Conditions or Participation being updated for 2025. This workshop strengthens the foundation for all home health clinical and administrative staff, including home health billers. For more effective understanding of the Medicare regulations, this workshop will take you into that deep dive. Topics that will be addressed include: Survey Readiness – including Acceptance to Service Policy, the Home Health Quality Reporting Program (HQRP) and OASIS with emphasis on Risk Adjustment and completing the GG Items. This is a full day of home health compliance that will keep your team fully prepared to remain at the top of your game.

Home Health eligibility requirements and the required documentation may seem routine and repetitive, but the reality is that it remains one of the leading reasons for denial. This loaded one day session will take you through the documentation required for the patient to meet home health medical necessity, billing requirements and, also Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP). Surviving the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period, and details surrounding Medical Review will be reviewed on this day with a specific session on the dynamics of the Home Health Plan of Care. This workshop will lay a concrete foundation for home health reimbursement staff, and any home health staff that need to more effectively understand the Medicare regulations. The Home Health 2026 Proposed Rule will be reviewed, including any rate changes, etc. that may be contained in the rule. Be among the most prepared home health professionals on all Home Health Medicare reimbursement related regulations.
