Liza Crenshaw, MSN, BSN, RN, COS-C

Clinical Consultant

Liza Crenshaw is a Registered Nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) as a Clinical Consultant in February 2021.  Liza is part of the clinical consulting team providing support and solutions to home health and hospice agencies across the country to achieve regulatory compliance.

Liza’s commitment to service and compassionate nursing care started in 2013 when she began providing care to patients as a hospice nurse after receiving her degree from Greenville Technical College. She then pursued her Bachelor’s and then Master’s degree in Nursing Education from Western Governors University. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked with patients in an office setting, hospice, rehabilitation hospital where she attained her CRRN certification, and in medical review. More recently, she worked as a QA instructor providing education and guidance on the RCD submission process and clinical documentation review.
