This webinar will discuss case management of patients under PDGM and its impact on cost and outcomes, as well as a deep dive into the removal of the therapy thresholds that exist under the Prospective Payment System (PPS). Low Utilization Payment Adjustment (LUPA) levels will be discussed, specifically how it will work under PDGM.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify case management changes and updates of patient care under PDGM.
• Recognize the different LUPA levels for 432 case mix groupings.
• Discuss strategies for monitoring therapy visit counts and LUPAs under PDGM.
