About the Event

The hospice interdisciplinary Group (IDG) is responsible for providing care to patients facing a terminal condition. This care includes developing and implementing a plan of care to meet the patient and family’s individual needs. The hospice plan of care directs the care provided by hospice, it is required under the Medicare conditions of participation and for Medicare payment. This webinar will focus on the importance of effective IDG meetings in creating and updating the hospice plan of care.
