Melinda A. Outline the 5-year HHVBP demonstration and impact on 9 participating states. This session will detail the changes to the HHVBP in the last 2 years of the demonstration. In addition, we will analyze how the HHVBP model affected outcomes for everyone.
- Review the structure to the HHVBP that ended in 2020
- Review the changes to the measures included in HHVBP
- Detail the functional M1800 items included in the Composite Mobility Measures
- Evaluate the best clinical practices for getting the best outcomes.
- Review what agencies should do to prepare for nationwide rollout
