About the Speaker(s)
Leslie Heagy is Registered Nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS), as the Clinical Services Manager, in June 2017. Leslie is part of the clinical consulting team providing support and solutions to home health and hospice agencies across the country to achieve regulatory compliance.
Tammy Stewart is a Registered Nurse who joined Healthcare Provider Solutions, Inc. (HPS) as a Clinical Consultant in August 2021. She is a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality and holds a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification.
About the Event
An Effective Hospice Quality Program is a key component to a well-run organization! This session will focus on understanding the Hospice QAPI CoP and knowing the rules for the condition. We will detail the steps for building a successful QAPI program as well as developing action plans to ensure your agency’s QAPI program is effective. You will learn how utilizing your Hospice QAPI program to the fullest will improve your agency’s compliance and performance.
