AHHC 2019 Annual Convention and Exposition
There is no place like home. With the demands of better quality outcomes at the lowest cost with outstanding patient experience, there has
ever been a better setting for healthcare delivery than home. The value that home care & hospice delivers has been evident to those of us
who have dedicated our lives to caring for our most vulnerable patients and families for many years. Now the integral care that we provide
is being recognized in other settings as the key to success in patient care, and we are invited to be significant partners in the delivery of care
across the healthcare continuum. The future of healthcare is depending on the home care community to broaden our effectiveness and
influence on the quality of life we all enjoy. We must ensure we are ready to take our place as the leaders in healthcare.
Healthcare is changing faster today than at any single time in the past. Our hope is that this conference will provide you with the
information, education, and networking opportunities you need to set the example for other healthcare providers to follow. Armed with
the latest in talent, technique, and technology, home care will be the premier source for healthcare as we set the standard for the future.
