This two-day workshop will cover what you need to know now to be effective with Medicare Home Health Survey, QAPI & PDGM overall! This workshop will not only cover PDGM, but will also help your agency work on all aspects of the agency that can and will impact the agency’s livelihood.

This workshop will delve into the key components of being prepared for your next survey and put specific emphasis on your QAPI program. In addition, the key components of PDGM will be reviewed and expounded on from operations to reimbursement.
