HPS can provide you with clinical and compliance chart audits, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or one time, whatever meets your agency needs. We will come on-site or you can photocopy charts and send the information directly to us. In cases where the agency has a point of care system, the audits can possibly be conducted from our office in Nashville, therefore reducing the travel expense associated with the fee. The charts will also be reviewed for following frequency and duration, doctor's orders being signed prior to billing, etc. HPS will provide you with a full Utilization Review Summary. Our Registered Nurse will also be available for one-on-one consultations with clinicians that are struggling with the details of home health paperwork.
